The first step is a 15-20 minute phone call. It’s an opportunity for you to share what you’re looking for and for us to see if my approach feels like a good match for your needs. If it doesn't feel like the right fit, that is completely okay. I’m committed to helping you find the right support, even if it isn’t with me.

I am licensed in New York and New Jersey and authorized through PSYPACT to provide telehealth services in participating PSYPACT states.
PSYPACT participation changes over time, so I am happy to confirm eligibility based on your location. You can also check here to see if your state participates. -
I primarily meet with clients through a secure video space, which many people find offers a sense of comfort and ease when diving into deeper work. That said, I know how important a physical room can be. I’m able to arrange in-person sessions in Union County, NJ for those who prefer to meet in a quiet office setting. If you’re interested in a hybrid or in-person approach, we can talk through what would feel most supportive for you during our first call.

The cost depends on the specific service you need, such as individual or couples therapy, so please feel free to reach out for a detailed fee estimate.
I believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality therapy, and that finances shouldn't stand in the way of getting the right care. If my approach feels like a good fit for you, I encourage you to get in touch. We can talk through your situation together and see how we can find a path forward that works for you.

I am a private-pay provider and do not bill insurance directly for most clients.
Some clients choose to use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. I’m happy to provide a superbill and discuss this process during our consultation.

Yes. Many PPO plans include out-of-network benefits. If your plan does, I can provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement.
If you’re unsure, I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking: “What are my out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?”

I respond to outreaches within 24–48 hours, and we can usually schedule an initial session within a week depending on availability.
