I primarily meet with clients through a secure video space, which many people find offers a sense of comfort and ease when diving into deeper work. That said, I know how important a physical room can be. I’m able to arrange in-person sessions in Union County, NJ for those who prefer to meet in a quiet office setting. If you’re interested in a hybrid or in-person approach, we can talk through what would feel most supportive for you during our first call.

I primarily work as an out-of-network provider, which means I do not bill insurance directly for most clients.
Some clients choose to use out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. I’m happy to provide a superbill and help you understand how to check your coverage.
I also work with select clients through insurance-based platforms. If you’re hoping to use insurance, feel free to reach out and we can talk through your options.

Yes. Many PPO plans include out-of-network benefits. If your plan does, I can provide a superbill that you can submit for possible reimbursement.
If you’re unsure, I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking: “What are my out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?”
